For the second time in 10 days, Michigan State’s athletic department reported no new cases of coronavirus among athletes who underwent testing.
The latest batch of negative results came from 74 tests administered July 6. The university said some individuals tested were newcomers and freshmen athletes being tested for the second time, which included those from the football, volleyball and men’s and women’s basketball teams. MSU’s hockey team also was scheduled to report that day.
