Committing shortly after his sophomore year in high school, Michigan State head coach Mark Dantonio told Hunter Rison to make sure he was 100 percent with the Spartans. After putting off worrying about colleges during his junior season, the four-star receiver, son of MSU legend Andre Rison, decommitted and chose to open up his process again.
