Michigan State is in on plenty of top receivers for the 2017 class and beyond, but one elite target could be a pleasant surprise addition. Four-star wide out Jeff Thomas from East Saint Louis, Ill., has named Michigan State in his top six, along with five other big-time programs.

Thomas isn’t exactly a name that’s been on everyone’s radar when talking about 2017 wide receiver targets as there’s been much more talk of Donovan Peoples-Jones, KJ Hamler and Danny Davis.
