Lately, the coaching staff has been sending out a flurry of offers to try and kickstart the 2017 class as the only commit, Hunter Rison, has since decommitted and has opened up his options. Last year at this time, the Spartans had two commits, Cam Chambers and Matthew Allen, and in April 2015, the class grew exponentially.
