East Lansing — The line to the transfer portal continues at Michigan State as wide receiver Cam Chambers has entered his name, becoming the fifth Spartan to do so.
Chambers, a fourth-year junior from Sicklerville, N.J., confirmed in a message to The News that he had entered the portal after appearing in just two games this season. Chambers is the latest Michigan State player to enter the portal, joining linebacker Brandon Bouyer-Randle, running backs Connor Heyward and La’Darius Jefferson, as well as wide receiver Weston Bridges.
Chambers had 19 catches for 264 yards in 11 games last season after catching five passes for 66 yards as a redshirt freshman in 2017.
