Michigan State and Michigan are both still in the running for the state's top 2019 linebacker.
Lance Dixon, a four-star linebacker from West Bloomfield High School, included the Spartans and Wolverines in a top five announced Friday night, along with Wisconsin, Ohio State and Penn State.

At 6-foot-2 and 201 pounds, Dixon is listed as the No. 5 recruit in Michigan, No. 16 outside linebacker and No. 252 player overall in the 2019 class, according to 247Sports Composite rankings, and has more than two dozen offers.
