The list of schools looking to add three-star running back Abdul Adams from Washington D.C. was growing by the day and the Michigan State Spartans knew they had a good shot to land the dynamic player.
This was a big weekend for Mark Dantonio as he knew he would have to work some magic to get Adams to commit following the spring game, but it didn’t even take that long on campus for Adams to fall in love with the Spartans.
Adams announced, via Twitter, at about 8:40 p.m. ET that he had committed to join the Spartans in East Lansing in the fall of 2016, surprising everyone with the quick trigger.
