Michigan State picked two more 2020 football commitment hours before Monday’s dead period begins, both 3-star players from Ohio.
Angelo Grose from Mansfield, Ohio, announced his pledge Sunday afternoon. About an hour later, defensive end Chris Mayfield from Hilliard Bradley became the Spartans' 10th prospect for 2020. Both announced their decisions via Twitter.
Grose, a 5-foot-10, 170-pound cornerback, had committed to Cincinnati in May before backing out of that agreement June 10. He is a 3-star prospect and ranked as the No. 52 player in Ohio and 114th cornerback nationally according to 247Sports.
