Michigan State football's LJ Scott has signed with the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent, the Browns announced Monday morning.
Scott played four seasons at MSU and after originally deciding to take a medical redshirt and return for 2019 in East Lansing, Scott chose to leave for the pros after the Spartans' bowl game in late December.
After not getting drafted, Scott agreed to join the Baltimore Ravens and apparently attended the team's rookie minicamp early this month. It's not clear when the Ravens released Scott.
A Youngstown, Ohio, native, Scott is the ninth-leading rusher in MSU history with 2,855 yards.
