The Spartans look to avenge their 2015 one-point loss to the Cornhuskers on Saturday. Nebraska is led by head coach Scott Frost who has had a rough start to his coaching tenure in Nebraska. The Cornhuskers lost six straight games before halting the skid Minnesota but Nebraska seems to always give MSU a tough game no matter what season it is.
True freshman quarterback Adrian Martinez (no relation to brothers Drake or Taylor Martinez) is the key to making this offense go. Frost a one-time offensive coordinator at Oregon when they went to national championship in 2014. Martinez has tossed 15 touchdown passes but does have seven interceptions.
