UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Three Spartans who helped and hurt their stock in Michigan State football’s 21-17 win at Penn State on Saturday.

Offensive line

Five guys – LT Cole Chewins, LG Tyler Higby, C Matt Allen, RG Blake Bueter and RT Jordan Reid – basically played the entire game, which has been a rarity. The Spartans have rotated players and positions along the line the past five years to increase productivity, but injuries forced a change that helped Saturday.
