EAST LANSING – The next time Michigan State takes the field at Spartan Stadium in front of a crowd, it will be for real.
That comes Aug. 30 against Tulsa, the first chance to show growth from last year’s 7-6 season. And the first chance for Mark Dantonio’s revamped offense to be on full display.
But for now, it’s time to digest the appetite-whetting Green and White spring football scrimmage, which was won by the defense 42-26 on Saturday but showed a glimpse of what is to come this fall.
