EAST LANSING — Michigan State football's offense and special teams has taken a significant injury hit.
Sophomore wideout Jalen Nailor is out for Saturday's game against Western Michigan. He is expected to miss significant time for the 20th-ranked Spartans, coach Mark Dantonio confirmed Saturday on his pregame radio show on WMMQ 94.9-FM in Lansing.
"He got hurt in Wednesday's practice with a lower-leg injury," Dantonio said. "I do not think he will miss the (rest of the) season. But he'll be out for a period of time.
