Geno VanDeMark, a three-star offensive lineman from St. Joseph Regional High in Montvale, New Jersey, signed his letter of intent Friday. His teammate, four-star running back Audric Estime, wrote Thursday night on Twitter he planned to sign a letter of intent Friday, but it is unclear if it would honor his pledge to the Spartans or if he would flip to Notre Dame, which offered him a scholarship Monday.

VanDeMark is the 18th player to sign with the Spartans during the early period, which ends Friday.
