Parks Gissinger played in the first four games this past season.
Then, he was sidelined because of injury.
Now, it appears he won't suit up for Michigan State football again. The 6-foot-4, 240-pound tight end entered the NCAA transfer portal Thursday.
He's the third player at his position to do so in the last 62 days, following in the footsteps of Trenton Gillison and Kameron Allen.
Like Gillison and Allen, Gissinger wasn't a regular contributor. Since enrolling in July 2018, the redshirt junior has appeared in eight games, played 37 snaps on offense and produced one catch for five yards.
