Free Press sports writers give their predictions for the Michigan State football game against Ohio State on Saturday (noon, ABC):

The Spartans’ mojo shows early, much like it did a year ago in Columbus. Expect MSU’s Rocky Lombardi to air it out often, but the Buckeyes to adjust and expect it. That forces the Spartans to try and replicate the rushing performance they did in upsetting Northwestern, but with less success against a significantly more stout OSU defensive line. The Buckeyes’ offense finds its rhythm late in the first half and pulls away from there.
