Matt Allen returned home to Illinois after MSU went to online-only classes for the rest of the semester and the Big Ten indefinitely postponed all team activities because of the coronavirus pandemic.
His older brother, Jack, is with him helping the youngest of the three Allen brothers prepare for his final season with the Spartans.
