This morning, Michigan State football released the preliminary depth chart for its upcoming season, and needless to say there are no major surprises.

The 2015 season will be the strongest year for the Spartan trenches in Dantonio’s tenure. The offensive line starters consists of: Jack Conklin, Donavon Clark, Brian Allen, Jack Allen and Kodi Kieler. The Allen brothers have a great chance to compete for postseason accolades and Conklin is widely considered to be a top-five pick in next year’s draft.
The defensive line starting dawgs are Shilique Calhoun, Malik McDowell, Lawrence Thomas and Joel Heath.
