Michigan State football: New C Tyler Higby comfortable, learning on job

EAST LANSING — Tyler Higby’s first day on his new job went well.

Even though the Michigan State football junior knows he is still working on learning the intricacies of playing center.

“The shotgun felt good,” Higby said Tuesday after practice. “I know there was a couple that were a little bit high, but overall it felt good and I felt a lot more comfortable than in the spring and the summer.
