Michigan State Football: Most underrated 2016 commits

Mark Dantonio’s 2016 Michigan State Football recruiting class happens to be his best since taking over the program in 2007. The Spartans have reeled in nearly a dozen four-star recruits and that is more than the previous few years, combined.

The class is highlighted by such guys as Josh King, Naquan Jones, Messiah deWeaver, Donnie Corley, Justin Layne, Mike Panasiuk, Trishton Jackson and Cam Chambers, among others. Those guys have come together to accomplish one goal: win a national championship.

Michigan State has a bright future ahead and even though many believe the Spartans will be taking a step back in 2016 because of departures to Connor Cook, Shilique Calhoun, RJ Williamson, Lawrence Thomas, Jack Allen, Jack Conklin and Aaron Burbridge, to name a few.
