EAST LANSING — Michigan State football had injury woes going into Saturday’s game against Central Michigan.

It got worse during the 18th-ranked Spartans’ 31-20 win at Spartan Stadium.

MSU coach Mark Dantonio said leading receiver sophomore Cody White “will be out for a little bit” with a broken left hand suffered during the second quarter.
