Michigan State football gets second 2021 commit: East Lansing OL Ethan Boyd

Michigan State football coach Mel Tucker has his second 2021 commitment in as many days.

And it just so happens that he’s right in MSU’s backyard.

East Lansing three-star offensive tackle Ethan Boyd announced Thursday his commitment to stay home and play for the Spartans.

The 6-foot-7, 285-pound lineman had 13 other offers, including four from Power Five programs – Indiana, Iowa State, Minnesota and Vanderbilt. He also had offers from Cincinnati and the three in-state Mid-American Conference schools.
