Not finishing his Michigan State football career the way he imagined, Demetrious Cox entered the NFL Draft, hoping for some late-round magic. However, he went undrafted but was picked up shortly after the final round by the Cincinnati Bengals.

Cox came to Michigan State as a highly-regarded defensive back from Jeannette, Penn., and was redshirted in 2012. He played a total of 27 games in 2013 and 2014, but a lot of it was on special teams and as a rotational player in the defensive backfield.
