Mel Tucker is not done adding to Michigan State football’s 2021 class.
The Spartans signed long snapper Hank Pepper on Thursday afternoon, a day before the early period closes.
The 6-foot-3, 220-pound Pepper, who is from Chandler, Arizona, previously was committed to former Michigan coach Brady Hoke at San Diego State.
