MSU Cracks Top 5 For 2017 Quarterback
Four-star junior pocket passer Ryan Kelley tweeted out his top five schools this past Wednesday, which featured Michigan State as the only program not hailing from the west coast. The other four include Oregon, UCLA, Cal and Arizona State.
