EAST LANSING -- Mark Dantonio discussed Michigan State's version of spring cleaning, that is, adjusting his roster to create the best opportunities for players and maximize the talent on the team.

Departing Big Ten Receiver of the Year Tony Lippett showed the value of the time he spent as a defensive back, and two-time 1,000-yard rusher Jeremy Langford also reaped experience he will benefit from on account of his time as a receiver and defensive back.
