EAST LANSING — Michigan State basketball finally announced the signing of its 2019 class.
As of Tuesday afternoon, it remains a one-player group.
Swingman Malik Hall signed his letter of intent last Wednesday. The Spartans’ other commitment, former Detroit Old Redford shooting guard Mark (Rocket) Watts, still has not signed his.
The early signing period closes Wednesday. If Watts, who now plays at SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio, does not send his letter of intent by then, he then would have to wait until the regular college basketball signing period that runs from April 17-May 15, 2019.
