With growing buzz for late-season games against Michigan, No. 6 Michigan State knows it must take one game at a time, starting Thursday at Nebraska. Chris Solari, Detroit Free Press
LINCOLN, Neb. — Kyle Ahrens did not travel with No. 6 Michigan State for the second straight game, and the Spartans continue to be without Joshua Langford as they prepare to face Nebraska on Thursday night.
Ahrens, a junior forward, is out with a back injury he suffered against Ohio State on Jan. 5 and aggravated against Purdue three days later. He did not travel to Penn State for Sunday’s 71-56 MSU win after starting three straight games for Langford.
