The college hoops season may be a week old, but Friday night marks the first time the Michigan State Spartans have played at home this season.
After losses to top-10 foes Arizona and Kentucky on neutral floors, the Spartans are back in the Breslin Center to take on Mississippi Valley State. Head coach Tom Izzo will look to add to an already impressive 21-0 record in home openers.
And it’s not like an 0-2 start is that bad either. The last time Michigan State opened a season 0-2 was in 2011, the same season in which the Spartans earned a No.
