Watching signing day come and pass without Rocket Watts signing his Letter of Intent was rough for many Michigan State fans. However, he had admitted that he wasn’t going anywhere else and was excited to sign in 2019 to come aboard in the Spartans’ recruiting class with Malik Hall.
