For the second straight year, Michigan State basketball is pushing hard for a five-star La Lumiere (Ind.) prospect. Last year it was Brian Bowen and Jaren Jackson Jr., and the Spartans were able to reel one while the other landed himself in hot water after choosing Louisville then later being named in an FBI report for taking thousands of dollars to commit to the Cardinals.

Jackson Jr. is now a top NBA draft prospect, likely to go in the top-three this June while Bowen has declared for the draft with an agent, never having played a minute of college ball.
