Yet another ugly game for Michigan State basketball, its second straight, but this one against Wisconsin may hurt just a little more than the defeat against Iowa a few days ago for the Spartans — or maybe it just seems that way because it’s still fresh.
Coming into the game, Wisconsin was just 9-9 and 2-4 since Bo Ryan’s retirement. The season for the Badgers was spiraling out of control and the Spartans needed to just come in and take care of business. Unfortunately, they didn’t falling on a layup by Ethan Happ with just seconds left.
