Michigan State landed one of the best centers in the 2020 recruiting class on Tuesday night when four-star Utah-based prospect Mady Sissoko committed.
This was huge for the Spartans’ 2020 class as it had a point guard already but needed to complement him with a big, especially since Julius Marble was the only 2019 commitment in the post — though Joey Hauser was technically a new addition, too.
The 2020-21 rotation with the addition of Sissoko just got a huge boost and the post could be the area of strength for the Spartans moving forward — maybe better than any frontcourt in the Tom Izzo era.
