After a fourth loss in conference play, the Michigan State Spartans are officially out of the AP Top 25 Poll. The one-point loss to Purdue seems to have been the breaking point for the voters. Michigan State received 34 votes in the latest update. This comes after the Spartans also fell out of the Coaches Poll last week.
The Big Ten as a whole is still dominating the polls. The conference currently holds six spots in the AP Top 25, as well as four more teams receiving votes.
