It’s finally time to see what Michigan State basketball is truly capable of. While this young team has had to deal with a world full a ton of adversity, the Spartans have been able to put it all behind them and it showed in the first-round victory over Miami.
Kansas is next up on the schedule and it’s a familiar foe for the Spartans. In fact, some of the guys on this year’s team faced off against, and beat, the Jayhawks in last year’s Champions Classic, 79-73. The Spartans are a completely different group of guys this season, but they know what it takes to pull off the upset.
