It’s official, after months of waiting, Michigan State basketball has picked up its first official pledge in the 2022 recruiting class in the form of four-star point guard Tre Holloman.
The Minnesota native committed on Saturday afternoon after taking a few officials in June and the Spartans have to feel lucky to have landed the top-100 recruit because, well, the luck felt like it ran out with the decommitments of Emoni Bates and Enoch Boakye — although both have since reclassified to 2021.
