Michigan State won their first round matchup against the Bradley Braves on Friday. However, It was not an easy win and it almost didn’t happen. Michigan State had a poor shooting day and it will need to find its stroke if it wants to advance out of the first weekend.
The Spartans had arguably one of their worst games of the season against Bradley and were able to survive. Here are some thoughts on the Spartans’ first game in the tournament.
3. Passing left a lot to be desired
The Spartans are ranked No. 2 nationally in the assists per game at 19.
