Already becoming one of the best recruits of the Mark Dantonio era, Michigan State quarterback commit Messiah deWeaver has been putting in serious work as a recruiter. Heck, if it was legal under NCAA rules, deWeaver would probably be eligible for pay as he recruits almost as well as Curtis Blackwell.
The Spartans are putting together one of the top classes in 2016, and it’s mostly thanks to deWeaver’s recruiting efforts. He and Cam Chambers vowed to make the upcoming class one of the top ten in the nation.
While the guys are already on their way, landing three-star RB Abdul Adams, three-star LB Joe Bachie and four-star Justin Layne just two weekend ago during the spring game.
