Messiah deWeaver has big plans for Michigan State’s 2016 recruiting class

Michigan State got some great news on Wednesday evening as four-star quarterback from Ohio Messiah deWeaver, a former Michigan commit, announced he would be heading to East Lansing in the fall of 2016. After narrowing his list to a final five, deWeaver decided to pick the Spartans, stating that they have a winning tradition and history of producing NFL quarterbacks.

While the commitment was very big news for Mark Dantonio and the Spartans, so was the vow he made to the program and his future teammates.

deWeaver vowed to help Dantonio recruit for the class of 2016, starting with Detroit King wide out Donnie Corley and Washington D.
