As far as the 2018 class goes, there is not a higher rated uncommitted recruit in Michigan than Kalon Gervin. Ranked No. 2 in the 247Sports Composite rankings, the speedy defensive back obtained a ton of interest from schools across the country, collecting 40 offers along the way.
Having committed to Notre Dame at one point, Gervin has since decommitted and now has a list of five schools that does not include the Fighting Irish. Michigan State is one of the schools that made it into the final five.
