EAST LANSING -- Michigan State sophomore forward Marvin Clark will transfer for his final two years of eligibility, an MSU spokesman confirmed today.
The 6-foot-7 Clark, whose transfer was first reported by CBSSports.com, averaged 3.9 points in 9.7 minutes a game for the Spartans, who finished 29-6 with a first-round NCAA upset loss to Middle Tennessee.
Clark, of Kansas City, Mo., came on late in the season as the backup at power forward to freshman Deyonta Davis, after redshirt freshman Kenny Goins went down Feb. 14 with a knee injury.
Clark's departure means MSU now has a scholarship available for No.
