EAST LANSING — The warmup is over for Michigan State football. When players and coaches return from a long weekend off, everything amps up a notch.
The Spartans wrapped up preseason camp Thursday and will begin focusing on their first opponent on Sunday. That will be the start of a shortened week of preparation for the season-opener against Utah State next Friday, Aug.
