EAST LANSING – Athletic director Mark Hollis and football coach Mark Dantonio will brief the Michigan State Board of Trustees during a work session Monday.
University spokesman Jason Cody said Hollis and Dantonio will brief the board on issues within the athletic department and football program. The session, which focuses on budget matters, is closed to the public.
There have been two allegations of sexual assault involving football players since January.
One case involving three players, which occurred in the early-morning hours of Jan. 16, remains under review by Ingham County Prosecutor Carol Siemon. Another football staff member, Curtis Blackwell, was suspended in that situation, and Dantonio declined to renew his contract this week.
