EAST LANSING - Michigan State will close out the regular season attempting to snap a two-game losing streak.
The Spartans (6-5, 4-4 Big Ten) are coming off a 9-6 defeat at Nebraska and will host Rutgers (1-10, 0-8), which has dropped 10 in a row, on Saturday (4 p.m., FOX).
"Right now, what I'm looking for is a response, a response from our players, coaches, our staff, people that are involved," Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio said on Tuesday. "When you get knocked down, you get back up and that's the message of the game of football.
