EAST LANSING -- Michigan State has signed one player to its 2019 recruiting class during the early signing period while the status of its second verbal commit remains up in the air.
Four-star forward Malik Hall has both signed his letter of intent to play for the Spartans starting in 2019-20, the program announced on Tuesday.
Michigan State coach Tom Izzo called Hall a versatile forward who will be "a dynamite part of our future."
"He's a versatile guy who can handle the ball, can shoot the three and be on the block," Izzo said.
