Each of the last three weeks, LJ Scott was in uniform warming up before kickoff.
And in each of the last three games, the Michigan State senior running back didn't play due to what coach Mark Dantonio said is an ankle injury. The decision on whether to play has been left up to Scott.
"It's game-time decisions," Dantonio said during a teleconference Sunday night. "He's making that decision based on how he feels and his cutting ability, et cetera. Obviously, he's close."
Scott led Michigan State (3-2, 1-1 Big Ten) in rushing each of the last three years and returned for his senior season instead of leaving for the NFL.
