LJ Scott is ready for his indoctrination.
“The fact that I’m a freshman, I don’t really know how things are with Michigan and Michigan State. I know it’s a big rivalry and I know there’s gonna be some hate out there,” said Scott, MSU’s top running back as a true freshman. “But I’m just trying to be a big piece to the puzzle, help the team out and just get the ‘W.’”
If the No. 7 Spartans (6-0, 2-0 Big Ten) can pull that off Saturday at No. 12 U-M (5-1, 2-0), Scott will have exactly as many wins at Michigan Stadium as the fifth-year seniors on his team.
