Following another three and out for the Michigan State offense, Rutgers marched 91 yards on 16 plays to tie the game at 24 after a 22-yard field goal from Kyle Federico with 4:21 to play.
The drive started at the Rutgers 5 and included a fourth-and-6 conversion. Arjen Colquhoun had a big play in the end zone, knocking away a pass to Leonte Carroo.
