Live: MSU vs. Syracuse in NCAA Tournament

The NCAA Tournament doesn't offer a lot of time for preparation. It's a circumstance that has suited Michigan State in the past.

The Spartans are 21-5 under head coach Tom Izzo in the second game of an NCAA Tournament weekend, a situation they find themselves in Sunday when they take on Syracuse (22-13) in a Round of 32 game at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

Tip-off is at about 2:40 p.m.

Michigan State, the No. 3 seed in the Midwest Region, advanced with an 82-78 victory over No. 14 seed Bucknell on Friday night, while Syracuse is playing its third game in the tournament already, having ousted Arizona State (60-56) in the play-in game, and TCU (57-52) in the Round of 64 on Friday night.
