Live MSU blog: MSU stalls late in half

It seems that every good throw from Tyler O’Connor is met with one or two bad ones.

On third-and-13, O’Connor connected with Donnie Corley for a gain of 13, giving the Spartans a first down. The Spartans stalled, after a pair of bad throws from O’Connor (intended for Felton Davis and Corley). The Spartans, on the punt, were called for kick catch interference, giving the Hoosiers the ball at their own 45 to start the drive. Late in the second quarter, the Spartans have a 7-0 lead.

Spartans force INT in end zone

Three plays after the offense turned the ball over, Michigan State's defense got a turnover of its own on an interception in the end zone.
